I thought I’d treat you to a little cute today…
Remember when I made the bibs and this doll for my niece? Well, colour me thrilled because her official “doudou” is indeed the little dolly I made her.
You know how you always hope it’ll be the one you made? I’m feeling very special, especially since I haven’t been able to give my little niece a squeeze or a kiss yet…darn Atlantic Ocean separating us!
I sure can’t wait to meet my niece in person! But this little dolly is a great ambassadrice. Ok, enough proud auntie gushing…here’s a little sneak peak at a little something I’m working on :
What have you been up to W.I.P.-wise? Whatever your works-in-progress may be, have a crafty week, and don’t forget to see what the other Wipsters are up to, and to check out our W.I.P. Wednesday Flickr Pool, too.
Eep. The cute!
A pile of goo is right! I’m melting!
You’re not helping my baby fever… I almost ran off with some Peruvian babies last week. 😉
The picture of your niece with the doll hanging out of her mouth is TOO CUTE
oh my gosh, that’s beyond cute!
I hadn’t seen these pics yet. Honestly, Shelly, the middle one, with the dolly’s hand in her mouth looks exactly like you did at that age. That is the first sleeping pic I’ve seen of her since she was a newborn, and she is soooo you! Love,Grandms/Mamafish
That is just about the cutest thing ever.
Those pictures look priceless. You must be so proud of your work!
She is totally adorable! You’re so talented–no wonder she loves it! 🙂
Ahhh! So cute!
this has to be the most adorable post i have seen in ages….
you are one lucky auntie and she is one lucky little girl…
can’t wait until i can do wip again…soon
🙂
Oh me oh my! What a treat that it’s her favorite.
AWWwwwwWWw… [squeals] you should be proud!!! That’s a spot of honor your little dolly got!!! Great job Shellyfish!
Dearest Shel How envious I am !!! She is just adorable !!! I love the photo when she sucks it !!! Babies are such a beauty !! About the strudel I think the best thing is to place all the apples an one end (with most of the bread crumbs) and then to roll the rest of the dough brushed with the butter substitute you chose (so it will end up a bit like a pate feuilleteè (????))Love
